To stay with the theme........There's a whole lotta shakin' goin on!

This week is nearly gone....here it is Friday already.......and there has been a bit of a shake up....LOL......those of you across the other side of the world and anywhere in between have probably wondered what that shaking is ....... not an earthquake......no......just Loz workin' out at the gym...LOL.......not sure if any of my wobbly bits that I am trying to shake off, lose or at the worst tone are any the better or less for it but I sure feel better so that has to count for something! I was spending about an hour every morning before work on the computer.....reading blogs, reading and sending emails and just cruising around.....but this week I have been spending that hour getting to and from and working out at the gym.......my energy levels are up, I feel better and am not eating as much junk...read for that lollies from the big jar on the desk at work!......
But no gym today.......best to give the body some R&R "they" say ..........I woke up this morning and thought it was Saturday......and for a minute was in the blissful world of the weekend........but then reality hit!! I will have to wait another 24 hours for that feeling! Off to the hills on Sunday to spend the day with Helen Stubbings hosted by the Patchwork Apple...I would like to say I am all organised to go and if getting the requirements list off the fridge and reading it is being organised then I guess I am.....LOL......a job for tomorrow! Little Ryley is doing well.......Jo is home (has been since last Sunday) and all settled in to a routine.....and Dylan is getting used to "sharing" his Mum! I have one border to go on Dylan's quilt.....this week has been a busy one at work and I haven't been in the sewing room much in the evenings........I have started stitching Viv's 12 Days of Christmas and it is going to take me a while to get this one finished I think! So that about covers my week!
Hope everyone has a great weekend.......'til next time...........Lorraine

Sounds like you are doing all the right things! I am as prepared as you for the workshop. (I read the requirements list today too!) Can't wait though, it should be fun!!!

Be very careful with all that exercising! More people are injured exercising than slip and fall in their bathroom at home. I'm completely convinced it's much safer to sit on your butt and not move--ROFLOL! Good for you though--the hard part is getting started. Enjoy your lie in tomorrow--I know I'll be enjoying mine too!

While you're at the gym can yo do a bit of shaking for me too. My bits and pieces could do with some exercise, but have the dreaded lurgy at the moment so I'm shuffling them from the pc to the comfy chair.
