Thanks Sharon.....great job...... I just need to put the binding on and Ryley will have her quilt...! I was really pleased with the daisy design - it worked really well with the fabrics....
I had been waiting for the quilt to arrive since Sharon told me it was on the way........it seemed to be taking a bit longer than usual........Mark was leaving for school on Friday morning when he doubled back and said "oh this came the other day"......waving a card which had been left in the letter box letting me know that there was a parcel waiting for me .....it could have been worse....it could have been Friday night and then I would have had to wait until Monday morning...gotta love 'em....!
The past week has flown by........I have made a little progress on the project I started at Inspired Stitches......and have almost finished a bag for Rhi to take to school......just need to put the lining in and it will be done. Apart from that no stitching going on here!!
'til next time.................Lorraine

Same here Loz. No stitching. My inspired stitches doily is just the same as when I left Westminster. Well, the pattern is possibly a little more faded! Love your quilt. Very pretty!

HUGS
Hey Loz, I just love Ryley's quilt very pink and girly. Im sure she will love it for years to come. You are right about the gorgeous quilting the daisy pattern is just perfect. I have been ploding along with the punch needle that I started at Inspired Stitches, really enjoying it, but it is rather slow, I hadnt tried it before so was good to try something new. Hope your stitching is coming along as well. Nearly the end of the week so enjoy your weekend. Cheers Sue
Ryley's quilt is beautiful, I love the quilting too. Good luck with the binding.
