To put things (like a cupboard) in perspective........................

I have had some emails asking about the little cupboard pictured in the previous post - size etc.....so here is a better pic to enable it to be seen in perspective..........................alongside the latest Homespun mag......

So.....as you can see it is quite small! but still a useful little piece......and very cute! I loved it when I saw it and would love to find a bigger version of it one day!

The end of the working week.......a short but busy one for me. Looking forward to the weekend and hopefully some stitching.....and I am not short of projects.......over the past few days the posty has delivered the latest Under the Mulberry Tree stitchery of the month project...(a cute Gail Pan design).....the September block for the Saltbox Village Thru the Year BOM from Karen at Farmhouse Woolens.....the September Blackbird Designs Winter Garden block from Primitive Gatherings (love that store!!!).....and last but by no means least......the Kinder Girls pattern from the very talented Jodie (I had to order this once I saw them made up here).......the possibilities for these little girls are endless.......Jodie also included a couple of her cards with the pattern....very cute!!

'Til next time....................Lorraine

In full size, that kind of cupboard with the punched tin panels is known as a "pie safe" here. What would they call it DownUnder?

Nice to see exactly how big or little it is!! It's gorgeous. Imagine how much a BIG one would cost!!! I have a few half made kinder girls hanging around. I really should get in and get them finished!!
