I'm so excited..........

wow..it's July......

.......but that's not why I am excited.........I am excited because tomorrow my Civil War quilt comes home........quilted.........yay.........!! Can't wait to see it!

It's been a wet day here......perfect for staying indoors.  I was disappointed I couldn't be with the girls at Inspired Stitches this year - I am sure they are having a great time. Looking forward to catching up with Kris while she is back in SA.  I heard the rain this mornng and knew there was no rush to get out of bed.....so ......I finished the book that has been on my bedside table for a while now.......very indulgent of me!  It's been a quiet day all round....just what the doctor ordered really. Took advantage of a break in the rain to cut some green stuff from the garden to bring inside..........

I will be back tomorrow with pics of the Civil War quilt.........did I say I was excited????

'Til next time...................................Lorraine

Hey Loz, Have had a fab day at Inspired Stitches and looking forward to tomorrow ... only downside is you arent there this year and you are sadly missed!! Been very wet in Adelaide today so a great day for chatting and eating and lots of fluffing around and maybe a stitch or two and sadly that was about all I did!!! Lol! Had better be a bit more productive tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Cheers S xx
ps love the new header

I'm excited that you're excited.

I think you made it abundantly clear you were excited about something....what was that again?

Cant wait to see the CW quilt. I bet it's utterly stunning.

Looking forward to seeing your CW quilt. Enjoyed reading about your Melbourne trip, nice that you had an unexpected extra day to wander around the city!
