As January started with surgery so did April - not so invasive this time but it was my eye so there has been no stitching or reading and very limited time on computer/iPad - I had to take more time off work as most of my day is spent in front of a computer screen so I feel quite disconnected with everything :(
The surgery was to remove a pterygium which has been there for several years but had started to impact on the sight in that eye so it needed to come off......suffice to say I hope I don't have to do this again any time soon - actually ever!!
Gradually getting better and I will post later on my visit to Melbourne for AQC.

Well glad that is over with, doesn't sound like a nice procedure at all, your having a rum trot of it! Hope your eye gets better soon, so you can be back stitching and blogging to your hearts content.
