Home.............

I changed my plans to stay another day/night in Robe ......Once I got that close to home I just wanted to get here.....so here I am......all settled in again....this time last week I was having dinner with Lenora and Linda........time just flies when you are having fun! Thanks Lenora and Linda for your warm welcome (and tour guiding!)......I won't forget this trip!

The car is unpacked....case unpacked.....I have shopped for food........second load of washing is on.......the only thing missing to make home "home" is little Rose.......will be picking her up first thing tomorrow morning!  I hope she remembers me!

Here are a couple of pics from Robe last evening.........the colour of the water was just beautiful....and the wind had died down by then to make it a perfect evening for sitting on the balcony and doing not much at all!

I picked up a hitch hiker on the way home.....I had pulled over to answer a phone call and he jumped on the car......he stayed there for quite a few kms.........then.........he was gone!

He might have been looking for the rest of his "family" which were squished all over the bonnet and grill of the car........

Gratitudes:
a safe fun trip away
home
friends
my boss...who still remembers my name!

'Til next time.........................Lorraine

What a wonderful, busy trip you have been on- your photos of the coastline and places you visited are great and are enough to entice anyone down to that part of Oz- if only I lived close enough to go and have a look for myself- maybe one day.

Glad you're home safe and sound. Love the picture of the bay- I know that view so well.

Hope you're feeling relaxed and refreshed and that Rose gives you a rip roaring welcome when you pick her up!

Haha... I was about ready to berate you about the hitchhiker thing! Glad you had a nice time. Maybe you need to make sure you've got your nametag on just in case your boss doesn't remember who you are! ;)
