He didn't even mind the pink patty pans....cake is cake!
Earlier in the day I attended another celebration.....a "puppy" reunion.......I was looking after Lexi so I bundled them both in the car (I think taking kids out was probably easier!) and off we went......this is Poppy and Lulu who are Rose's sisters....they are very chilled and were happy to sit here waiting for the others to get themselves organised.......
........and here is the group.......the three black's on the right of the pic are from the litter before Rose.......Mum Ruby is being held at the back on the left.....looking down at all the "kids" as if to ask why they all keep coming back! Rose is at the front.....
Here is Lexi.... just lapping up the attention......
She had a ball running around with all the others and having a sleep-over with Rose......they were both exhausted last night!
When I got home I dug out the Christmas cake recipe.......I am taking the cake (literally) to Christmas day celebrations this year ....so had better start thinking about whipping it up so it can sit for a few weeks being moistened with brandy occasionally.........so there will be no "eating and driving" on Christmas day.....LOL
Another weekend gone......a busy one.............and it also included some SSCS stitching .....it will be ready to post...it will be ready to post.......
But no stitching today.....well I could...but not sure the boss would like it!

I don't think I can write what we call Lucas' mustache LOL it is so funny amongst his friends who can and who can't grow a mo. All the children looked lovely.
Oops forgot Happy Birthday Baby Boy - Lucas also has that title.
What a hoot and I bet that your right Mom is looking at all of them and thinking - dang why do they keep returning, lol. Happy Birthday to your son - and those cupcakes look huge - any left:)

Lol! My 2 are Movembering too! Don't think either of them can grow one. Especially the 17 year old! I like your mantra. I have the same one. It WILL be ready to post!

The puppy reunion looks a little busy but lots of fun!!! Those birthday cakes look yummy! Movember is such a good fundraiser but such a bad look!!! Finally caught up on all your news (hopped on my girls computer while she was in the shower, mine is seriously playing up! just a little bit of pay back for her!!)
